I have been sucked into the yarn world again. I started knitting again in February by taking a sock knitting class. I have knitted myself two sets of socks now and am working on a pair of baby socks.

I have a poncho in the works too!! I have been starving for crafting and creating. Oh, I forgot to mention the bag that I will be felting soon.

The socks were a blast. I wanted something new to learn and I thought socks were so hard. NOT. It helped a lot that my teacher at Knit and Hook in Kirkwood is a knitting genius.

I have been so over volunteered. I needed something new, or old found new again. One of my Grandmothers taught me to knit when I was about 10. All I have done until this winter is knit scarves and knit and crochet blankets. That was it. Now I taught myself to knit a hat in the round, cable and taken a class in sock knitting.
