Not much to update, at least I don't think so.

The kids are actually enjoying summer school. They get up EARLY and complain, but always get out to the buss stop on time and on their own.

John's job is keeping him very busy.

I need to study some math and algebra so I can take the online placement test for college. This scares me, I have never been very good in math. But I am so psyched to do it.

Zena the new dog is doing very well. She and Jack get along great! It has been about 5 weeks (give or take) since she moved in with us and everyday I notice an improvement in her. She doesn't run and hide when someone moves near her. She is coming when she is called more often than not. I still want to go to a structured obedience class with her though.

The lawnmower is broken and in pieces in the back yard. John is trying to fix it. One of our neighbors, god love him, has been mowing the front yard for me. I call him the lawn fairy - his wife gets a kick out of it. They are great neighbors.

I am almost finished with Alex's knitted socks. Why has it taken me so long? I have too many projects to concentrate on just one at a time.

Alex goes to his first without Daddy week long camping trip on the 6Th of July. It makes me want to cry, my baby is growing up.

Oh - Zena went to the puppy beauty shop this week and got a lion cut, some call it a puppy cut. No pictures yet of her new doo. soon I hope.
