Okay it was not a long trip, took about 4 hours ( we stopped for a bit ). We left later than I wanted to. I got no homework done or studying before I left or when we arrived. I am going to be so hosed for the test on Monday and my English 3100 items that are due.
We arrived in Springfield about 8:30, had dinner and came to the hotel to hang out.
Why? John is gone for 5 weeks for work. He left this past Monday and this weekend is the only weekend the kids and I can visit. Next weekend the kids and I will be busy with my Dad's family, then Alex goes camping with the Boy Scouts and then.... well you get the picture.
So today we are going to hang in Springfield MO and go to a state park, visit some yarn shops and eat with some friends that live her. Then tomorrow, home after Easter Brunch and I hit the studies - hard.
