This just freakin sucks!
John needs to tell his boss by Friday if he wants the transfer to Omaha. We have been looking at what houses in our neighborhood are selling for and they are either asking for less than our mortgage or the ones that have been on the market for almost a year or more have asking prices for 30thou higher than the others. All these houses are the same size as ours. Even the one that was just rehabbed and looks really nice in and isn’t getting lookers. We have a nice neighborhood and good neighbors on ou end of the street. Even the houses that are up for rent aren’t renting. Only one of those do I know is priced too high for the neighborhood
He wants to take the transfer and now he is thinking about him only moving and renting a cheap apartment someplace and living minimally so we can stay here since it looks like we would not be able to sell the house
This freakin sucks! We can’t move because of the housing market and he can’t stay because of the job market. I don't work because I am trying to finish my college degree. What the FK!!! What do we do?
God we have been in some tight spots before and this one just may split up our family. Please help!!!
