When the dog farts

When funny happens and you can't laugh.

The mind works in it's own manner, chaotic, uncontrolled when you feel you have slipped up in life.  We don't let our confidence control the negative thoughts that come in, creeping under the door like the cockroach or ant that crawl into the kitchen through the weak seal of the door frame.

Well, put in a new seal why don't you!  Get a new door even.  Call out your confidence that you did what you knew how to do and did your best and beyond your best.  No one, NO one needs to validate you as someone to love.  Love yourself.  Treat yourself to a new door.

Make it a beautiful door for you to enjoy with all the protection your mind needs from the outside negative you have been calling the exterminator to take care of.  So when the dog farts and scares himself awake you can laugh.
