8 months later
It is coming up on 8 months after my life was saved by my husband and the surgeons. You can look in the past entries to read what happened. So why do I bring it up? I am finally brave enough to share the pictures of what I looked like in the ER, after surgery and two weeks ago with the kids out for a meal. So here you go;

I thought you looked pretty good for what you had just gone through, although I don't recall how long it was from when you were admitted to when I dropped in to say hi. I am glad that you are getting better and sorry that you still have so many difficult issues that you are trying to deal with. Good luck, hang in there and feel free to whine or rant at me if it would help. Scottie

I think I was there 5 or 7 days when you came in to visit. I know it was a couple of days before they sent me to the rehab hospital. Thanks for the love!
